4-Week Program
This program is meant for a start-up for those who feel lost or confused starting out in the gym. OR, if you just want to add a little bit of spice to your workout routine. It's 5-days a week (2 leg days) with 2 rest days and the first two weeks are very straight forward and basic to ease you into your journey. However, come the 3rd and 4th week, we're kicking up the intensity!
