8-Week Leg Day

For the longest time I struggled to build my legs, so I resorted to 3 days of legs in my typical workout split. Not only did I struggle building them, but I also had a problem figuring out where to start and how to progress. So, this 8-week program is going to be your guide. It starts off simple and basic, but come the 4th week, the intensity is going to grow with negatives, drop sets, pause reps, and a consisent progressive overload. There's also a little challenge in there for you at the end of each TOTAL LEG DAY. Happy Lifting.
